His skin just soaked up the lotions and he was still dry. So I went online and did a lot of research and found Aquaphor. Along with the Vanicream recommended by his allergist (you can get it over the counter, just have to ask the pharmacist), I used the Aquaphor to seal the Vanicream on specific areas of his breakouts. It has been two months now and his skin now looks GREAT. He is not waking up at nights from his itchy skin!
