What I found, though, was that the ointment itself was disgusting. It's all separated, and whenever I squeeze the tube, clear liquid comes out the top. It doesn't really go on or stay on well, and after several days of use, there was no improvement in the diaper rash. What's worse, is that it really seemed to sting when we used it. Finally I just went out and bought a new tube of a more popular brand, and it immediately cleared up the rash without causing any pain or discomfort.
