Anderson - See all my reviews    When I had my little girl last summer she was allergic to the diaper or the wipes I used on her. She was only a week old. My sister n law brought me a small tube of resinol and she said she was told about it when her 6 year old was a baby. I used it and it works almost over night. I continued to use it and have recommended it to several friends. At daycare just the other day they told me they put a small amount of desitin on her bottom cause she was red. When I got her home it had taken the hide off of her in several places. I coated her with the resinol so thick you couldn't see her skin and by morning you could barely tell she was raw. I have put it on her morning and night and its almost healed. This is absolutely the best product out there for diaper rash. I can't find any other first aid product that is as good. It is great for burns, including sunburns, and especially burning baby bottoms. We threw out the 'Desitin', 'Balmex', and 'Boudreaux's Butt Paste' long ago. No comparison.
