5.0 out of 5 stars Most effective for diaper rash treatment, August 11, 2011

When my daughter got a diaper rash at less than a week old, I asked both our pediatrician and the nurses in the nursery at the hospital where she was born. Our pediatrician recommended Desitin and the nurses gave me a jar of cream that they blend themselves, a mix of Desitin and something else, perhaps Vaseline or Aloe Vera. Her rash was pretty severe, with one very red raw spot that wasn't getting better. Even after several days of using the hospital Desitin blend, the red spot was still there and her whole bottom was generally pinker than the rest of her body.
So, I went online and started doing some research. After reading what felt like a million reviews, I decided to try Babyganics Hiney Helper Diaper Rash Cream. I am so glad I did! Within a few days, her bottom was the same color as the rest of her body and the raw red spot was significantly better. After a week or so, her diaper rash was totally gone! Baby B is seven weeks old now and she hasn't had another diaper rash... Read more

2.0 out of 5 stars Hurt my babies bottom, May 21, 2012
This review is from: Babyganics Hiney Helper Soothing Diaper Cream, 4-Ounce (Pack of 2) (Health and Beauty)
I bought this diaper cream at babies r us when my son was born. I didn't use it until he was 10 months old when he got his first diaper rash. After I put it on he had an immediate reaction. He was crying hysterically, and kicking his legs hard while squirming. I put him in the tub to wash it off which was hard because it sticks really well! After he came out of the tub he stopped crying so I know it was the cream he reacted to. I bought Burt's Bees diaper ointment for his rash next and he had no reaction. I really like the concept to babyGanics whole product line, this diaper cream just didn't work well for my son, because of the severe reaction.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for cloth diapers too!, April 30, 2012
This review is from: Babyganics Hiney Helper Soothing Diaper Cream, 4-Ounce (Pack of 2) (Health and Beauty)
Although cloth diapered babies rarely, if- ever get diaper rash this is the best diaper rash cream to use. It's much cheaper than other all natural cloth diaper specific options and it works great for baby while not clogging up your diapers.
